Client: Coastal Oil & Gas India Limited (COGIL) for M/s Nagarjuna Refinery
Scope of work:
- The project is under Build Own Operate Transfer (BOOT) basis for period of (20 years).
- The project involves EPC for 64 Nos. tanks of various diameters and heights for POL service. The tanks are of two types - floating and fixed roof – and mostly in MS construction. Out of these 10 Nos. tanks are for crude oil storage for the refinery operation.
- 9 Nos. LPG bullets. Two are designed for propane and balance for commercial LPG.
- Associated piping of various diameters, pumps and pumping station, metering stations, instrumentation and automation, electrical systems
- Fire-fighting system consisting of hydrant system, foam system, paging system, manual call points, etc.
- Associated roads and drainage system
The cumulative storage capacity of the tanks is 1.44 million KL. The terminal is on 322.4 acres adjacent to the refinery and the Bay of Bengal.
Project is under execution and is about 60% completed. Value of the Project is INR 800 Crores (US$ 123.2 Million) (1 US$=INR 65)
